This role includes developing interior design concepts, producing design documentation and high-quality renderings, and collaborating closely with the architectural team to ensure a fully integrated design approach. The position requires experience in interior systems, materials, detailing, and coordination—particularly where interiors intersect with complex infrastructure, MEP systems, and operational requirements.

You will serve as a trusted technical and design resource, working collaboratively with project managers, architects, designers, and consulting partners to support design quality and successful project outcomes. This role requires the ability to engage effectively with experienced professionals, contribute to integrated architectural and interior design solutions, and communicate clearly through all phases of design and delivery.

  • Create presentation materials to communicate design concepts, options, and recommendations to internal teams and clients (as assigned).
  • Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary project team, including architects, engineers, and consultants, to coordinate interior scope, resolve design challenges, and support integrated project delivery.
  • Coordinate with project leadership and other disciplines to resolve interior design requirements and maintain alignment across deliverables.
