Hematology Physician

• Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Weeknight pager call (5:00 PM 8:00 AM)

• Outpatient practice setting

• Start upon completion of credentialing (approx. 60+ days)

• EMR: EPIC

• Manage leukemia, lymphoma, and malignant hematology cases

• No bone marrow transplant patients

• Collaborate with oncology, infusion teams, and multidisciplinary cancer care providers

• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered treatment plans
