We are seeking a skilled and dedicated  Cardiothoracic Surgeon  to join a highly respected and well-established  multidisciplinary cardiothoracic surgery program . About the Opportunity:
Join a collaborative team of  cardiothoracic surgeons  and APPs    Work within a comprehensive program offering the full spectrum of cardiac surgical services, including CABG, Valve repair and replacement Advanced aortic surgery, TAVR, ECMO, Arrhythmia procedures and more.

Contribute to program design, development, and expansion in a system where  physicians are recognized as leaders
Enjoy strong administrative support and a culture committed to delivering the highest quality of patient care
Ideal Candidate
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Thoracic Surgery
Experienced surgeon preferred with demonstrated leadership ability and a passion for program growth
Patient-centered with excellent communication skills and collaborative team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment
