Hematology Physician needed for an outpatient locum tenens assignment in Pittsburgh, PA (15212) with Epic EMR and a Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) plus pager call (5:00 PM-8:00 AM). Must be Board Certified.

• Hourly Pay Rate (Inside 50 mi radius): $525.00-$625.00
• Hourly Pay Rate (Outside 50 mi radius): $580.00-$680.00
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $6,340-$7,510

• Board Certification: Required
• Licensure: Active Pennsylvania medical license required
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
• DEA: Pennsylvania DEA required
• Availability: Ability to participate in weekday pager call coverage

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with leukemia, lymphoma, and other malignant hematologic disorders in an outpatient clinic setting
• Develop and adjust treatment plans; monitor response to therapy and manage complications and adverse events
• Coordinate care to support continuity across the outpatient setting
• Document in Epic EMR to support continuity of care and clinical communication
• Provide weekday pager call coverage after clinic hours, including clinical guidance and urgent decision-making as needed
• Maintain compliance with applicable clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
