Hematology Physician needed for an outpatient locum tenens assignment in Pittsburgh, PA (15212) with Epic EMR and a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) plus pager call (5:00 PM–8:00 AM). Must be Board Certified.

Compensation

Hourly Pay Rate (Inside 50 mi radius):  $525.00–$625.00

Hourly Pay Rate (Outside 50 mi radius):  $580.00–$680.00

Weekly Estimated Pay:  $6,340–$7,510

Physician Requirements (Hematology)

Board Certification:  Required

Licensure:  Active Pennsylvania medical license required

Certifications:

BLS and ACLS required

DEA:  Pennsylvania DEA required

Availability:  Ability to participate in weekday pager call coverage

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with leukemia, lymphoma, and other malignant hematologic disorders in an outpatient clinic setting

Develop and adjust treatment plans; monitor response to therapy and manage complications and adverse events

Coordinate care to support continuity across the outpatient setting

Document in  Epic EMR  to support continuity of care and clinical communication

Provide weekday pager call coverage after clinic hours, including clinical guidance and urgent decision-making as needed

Maintain compliance with applicable clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
