Learning Specialist
100% remote

Training Program Overview " Program:
Teller or Banker training " Kickoff:
Meet trainers and conduct Train-the-Trainer events.

Work Schedule: 40 hours/week.
Length of Assignment: 4 Months with Possible Extension

Time Zones:
Flexible; classes scheduled per facilitator s time zone.

Experience Required:
At least 3+ years in financial market onboarding programs required.
Previous Client experience preferred.

Skills Required: Active learning strategies Branch operations knowledge Client Teams proficiency Familiarity with adult learning theory (nice to have) " Attributes:
Self-sufficient and independent Teaching background is a plus.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Track cohort progress and ensure learners stay on schedule.
Pull reports, monitor dashboards, maintain Work Day (close classes).
Facilitate classes (1.5 4.5 hours/day).
Cover classes as needed.
Use PPT, facilitator guides, and simulations (Edge Sandbox for engagement).
Communicate learner comprehension; escalate issues to LOB partners.
Gauge learner understanding and provide feedback.
Conduct training and development programs for employees.
Skills include curriculum and training design.

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups or consultation with managers.
Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
Present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures.

Ability to work independently and manage one s time.
Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, and leadership technique.
Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Client Word and PowerPoint.

Education/Experience:
High School Degree and Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training required.
5-7 years of related experience required.
