Sevita is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood _ Early Intervention Specialist to work at our Lawrence location. The role involves providing in-home early intervention services for infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities, ensuring individualized care that promotes language, cognitive, motor, sensory, and social-emotional development.

• Plan, schedule, and deliver weekly early educational in-home services for a caseload of infants/toddlers with disabilities, including developmental delays and autism spectrum disorders.
• Administer and document all program assessments and updates accurately to meet timelines.
• Design, implement, and adapt activities for language, cognition, motor, sensory, self‑help, and social/emotional growth, applying best practices.
• Model effective adult‑child interactions and provide parenting guidance through written weekly activities and coaching.
• Monitor, document, and share the child’s progress with family and team.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Intervention, Early Childhood, Special Education, Child Development, or related field.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing with proof of insurance and access to a registered vehicle.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and relationship management.
• Compassionate approach and commitment to quality care.

• Salary range $59,000–$61,000 plus a $3,000 new‑hire bonus.
