• Master’s degree and Pennsylvania Instructional Certification in special education, school psychology, or speech/language pathology.
• Board Certification in Behavioral Analysis (preferred).
• Expertise in special education, inclusive practices, teaching students with complex instructional needs, autism, or positive behavioral support.
• Experience providing technical assistance, professional development, and coaching.
• Ability to work effectively with professional personnel in educational agencies.
• Original certificates of clearance from the State Police, Child Abuse Registry, and PDE FBI.

• Respond to PDE and BSE requests for technical assistance.
• Respond to Eastern Region IU and district requests for classroom, building, and district-level coaching and technical assistance.
• Create and provide professional development for educators, administrators, and IU personnel in the education of students with disabilities.
• Plan and participate in regional and statewide conferences, workshops, and planning sessions.
• Assist in the preparation of publication materials (e.g., directories, brochures, training modules, manuals, and electronic resources).
• Some overnight travel required.

PaTTAN – East, 2500 Monroe Blvd, Norristown, PA.

Monday-Friday, 7.5 hours/day, 10 months (194 days/year). Eligible to work up to 35 supplemental days/year.

Master's, Step 1: $65,007/year;
Master's+60, Step 15: $117,883/year (placement based on experience and/or education beyond the Master's Degree).
