Learning & Development Instructional Design Partner

The L&D Instructional Design Partner supports HSN and QVC, and you will make a positive impact by designing, developing, and maintaining learning programs that empower our high-volume business units to excel.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver innovative learning solutions – including new hire training, leadership development, and continuous education.

You will report to the Learning & Development Senior Manager for CS&E.

This role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered:
Pennsylvania, Delaware, or New Jersey.

• Develop learning content and materials to meet learning objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end design projects, including eLearning and Instructor‑led content.
• Consult with SMEs to conduct needs analysis and develop learning solutions.
• Create and maintain learning materials, such as eLearning courses, Facilitator Guides, SOPs, and more.
• Evaluate content and Learner experiences to spearhead improvements.
• Facilitate meetings and trainings.
• Observe customer interactions and training with regularity.
• Participate in the development of Learning Assessments designed to evaluate understanding, knowledge retention, and practical application.
• Stay connected to the state of the business and new strategies to proactively evaluate next steps for the Learning & Development function.
• Collect and monitor data related to Learning Programs.

• 3+ years’ experience developing and/or facilitating adult learning programs.
• Understanding of Instructional Design principles and Adult Learning Theory.
• Experience managing end-to-end design projects leveraging the ADDIE model.
• Passion for developing interactive earning programs using a variety of methods and media.
• Experience working in Contact Centers, Customer Service, and/or high-volume Operations.
• Proficiency with the Articulate Suite and LMS administration.
