Adjunct Nursing Faculty

Nursing adjunct faculty primarily for the online RN-BSN, MSN, or DNP Program

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching online courses as assigned – up to 5 courses per academic year
• Grading student assignments and providing student feedback in a timely manner
• At minimum, posting weekly updates in the Learning Management System course shell
• Establishing and maintaining effective, timely, clear, professional communication with students, faculty, and staff
• Working with full-time faculty and course liaisons as needed
• Committed to continuous quality improvement

Qualifications:

• Current unencumbered Pennsylvania professional nursing license, or eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania
• Two degrees in nursing. Doctoral degree required to teach as MSN and DNP level; MSN degree required to teach at RN-BSN level
• Online nursing teaching experience preferred
