An active Pennsylvania Teaching Certification in Elementary K-6, PreK-4, or Elementary All Subjects 4-6 is required. Candidates who possess multiple certifications are preferred. Prior experience as an elementary school teacher and special education certification is also preferred. The candidate must have a thorough knowledge of the physical and psychological aspects of elementary-aged children and good communication skills. Must understand and be able to teach the approved curriculum.
