Standard College hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm;

General
Summary:
This position is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, development, and evaluation of the Advanced Life Support educational programs. This position ensures compliance with all applicable state, national, and accreditation standards while maintaining high-quality educational experiences for students, instructors, and affiliated agencies. The Program Director oversees daily program operations, staff coordination, curriculum management, student success initiatives, and equipment and resource management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, EMS, Education and four years of related experience in EMS education, training, or emergency services administration.
- Experience coordinating educational programs and supervising personnel.
- Experience with accreditation processes and regulatory compliance.
- Current state Paramedic certification/licensure.
- Instructor certifications in EMS.
- Knowledge of ALS educational standards, accreditation requirements, and EMS regulations.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
