Elementary Special Education Teacher

Clarifis Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Special Education Teacher to join an elementary school team in Pennsylvania. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an educator who is passionate about supporting learners with diverse academic and behavioral needs while promoting an inclusive and nurturing school environment. As the special education teacher, you will deliver customized instruction and evidence-based interventions to elementary students supported by special education services.

Your work will center on strengthening core academic skills in reading, writing, and mathematics, while also addressing areas such as social development, self-regulation, and executive functioning. You will be responsible for designing, carrying out, and reviewing IEPs that align with individual student goals and district standards, using progress data to refine instruction and document growth. This role is highly collaborative by nature.

You will partner with classroom teachers, families, and related service professionals to coordinate consistent support across learning environments and help students achieve meaningful academic and social success.

Requirements:

  • Valid Pennsylvania Instructional I or II Certification in Special Education.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (Master's degree preferred).
  • Prior experience working with students with disabilities in a school-based setting is strongly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of IEP development, differentiated instruction, and behavior management strategies.
