Elementary Assistant Principal

Elementary assistant principal position available at Edgewood Elementary Steam Academy. Reports to building principal. Responsibilities include assisting in the resolution of discipline problems, maintaining records, collaborating with faculty on student conduct, providing documentation for disciplinary actions, offering testimony at hearings, conducting research on discipline, overseeing student attendance, developing community liaisons, disseminating information about school programs, coordinating school activities, representing the school in community activities, and participating in administrative teams.

Requires valid certification as a principal, five years of successful teaching experience, master's degree preferred, and previous administrative experience preferred. Salary, work schedule, evaluation, and other conditions of employment are in accordance with current Act 93 agreement.
