Cheerleading Head Coach

The Mt. Lebanon School District is accepting applications for the position of Cheerleading Head Coach at Jefferson Middle School. Under the supervision of the Athletic Director, the Head Coach will serve as the director of the middle school cheer team, coordinate team membership, supervise and direct volunteers, and schedule and conduct team meetings, practices, and competitions. Experience coaching at the collegiate and/or high school level preferred.

Strong communication and public relations skills required. This is a part-time, on-site, EDR (Extra Duty Responsibility) position that is open to internal and external applicants. Compensation: $3,739 for the  school year in accordance with the Extra Duty Responsibility (EDR) salary schedules for middle school athletics in the collective bargaining agreement between the Mt. Lebanon School District and the Mt. Lebanon Education Association.

In order to be eligible for employment, the following clearances must be furnished and approved for hire at time of job offer:
Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151) Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check (Act 34) FBI Federal Criminal History Record (Act 114). The following additional trainings and forms are required upon hire:
