How can you make a difference?
The consultancy will support the design and rollout of rapid skills needs assessments (RSNAs) at global, regional and country levels to generate labour market evidence for planning and prioritization. It will use these insights to support PROSPECTS countries in developing or refining national skills strategies aligned with education system DUTY STATION Amman, Jordan / Remote reforms and financing opportunities. This will inturn strengthen programme delivery across lower and upper secondary education through competency-based curricula, youth skills programmes, and community-based training for out-of-school and vulnerable populations.

Minimum Requirements
- Education:
Master’s degree in TVET, education, development studies, monitoring & evaluation or a related field. - Work Experience:
A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in education systems strengthening, with a strong focus on TVET, skills development, and secondary education. - Skills:
Extensive knowledge and skills in TVET, education, programme management, digital system development, or education technology solutions. In addition, experience working with governments, development partners, and private sector actors on skills ecosystems, school-to-work transitions, or TVET reform. - Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
