The Mt. Lebanon School District Food Services Department is seeking applicants for the position of Cook anon High School. This is a Floater assignment that will rotate among the cook stations in the High School and middle school cafeterias on a daily basis. This is a full-time, on-site, permanent 10-month position working 6.5 hours per day, scheduled between the hours of 6:30 AM and 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday, on days when students are in attendance during the regular school year.
Additional work/training days may be scheduled by the Food Services Department on an as needed basis. Hourly Rate: $19.01 This position is eligible for:
Paid time off in the form of sick and personal days Individual coverage of district sponsored health, dental, and/or vision insurance benefits after successful completion of a 90 day probationary period Work shirts provided Reimbursement of up to $150 per school year for the purchase of district-approved work pants and/or shoes The ideal candidate will be a friendly, team-oriented, and reliable individual who enjoys working with students and staff.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is seeking a steady placement in customer/food service, working Monday through Friday daytime shifts with weekends, holidays, and summers off. In order to be eligible for employment, the following clearances must be furnished and approved for hire at time of job offer:
