Associate Director, AI Engagement & Design

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-enabled innovations to strengthen sales training (onboarding, continuous learning, skills reinforcement).
• Personalize training using AI/digital learning tools based on role, experience level, and performance signals.
• Reinforce core selling skills, leadership behaviors, and compliance standards through AI-enabled training.
• Design AI-supported tools to improve coaching quality, consistency, and effectiveness.
• Enable leaders to use AI for coaching preparation, identifying skill gaps/performance patterns, and reinforcing training through coaching conversations.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases (skill diagnostics/readiness assessments; scenario-based learning/simulations; call reflection/feedback tools).
• Translate advanced analytics into simple, trainer- and coach-friendly experiences.
• Partner with Sales Training, Coaching & Leadership Development, Field Analytics/Ops, Sales Reporting/Performance, and IT/Data to ensure AI solutions align with curricula, coaching rhythms, and field workflows.
• Design and lead pilots; gather structured feedback to improve usability and impact; support scaling through enablement/training channels.
• Define success metrics (adoption/engagement, skill reinforcement/behavior change, contribution to performance outcomes) and partner with analytics to iterate.
• Stay current on AI/learning/coaching/digital enablement; introduce modern ethical scalable approaches and serve as an internal SME.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MS, Learning Science, Analytics, or related).
• 7–10+ years in Sales Enablement, Digital Strategy, Performance Consulting, or related; proven track record deploying AI/ML solutions in a commercial setting.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI (LLMs) and prompt engineering; ability to apply data analytics to behavioral change.
• U.S. commercial field organization experience preferred (Pharma/Biotech/Med Tech) with familiarity with regulatory/compliance standards.
• Strong consultative skills to translate technical capabilities into business value.

• Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical training solutions.
• Influencing without formal authority; strong design thinking, communication, storytelling.
• Comfortable working in experimental, iterative environments.
