Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Verification & Validation (V&V) Engineer to support testing, compliance, and certification activities for mechatronic medical device products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on lab experience and strong knowledge of regulatory standards.

Testing & Validation
- Plan and execute functional and performance testing on hardware prototypes
- Troubleshoot hardware functionality and compatibility issues
- Collaborate with software teams for hardware-software integration
- Document test results and provide feedback to improve system reliability
- Perform EMI/EMC, electrical safety, and environmental testing per UL, CE, and IEC 60601 standards
- Coordinate and support Radiopharmaceutical (RP) testing activities
- Execute test protocols as per regulatory standards
- Support packaging and environmental testing activities
- Coordinate with external accredited labs for pre-compliance and certification testing
- Prepare test setups including grounding, shielding, and wiring for EMI/EMC measurements
- Witness EMI/EMC tests and analyze failures
- Perform root cause analysis and provide debugging recommendations
- Maintain detailed test reports, compliance documentation, and certification records
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in V&V of mechatronic products
- Strong knowledge of medical device compliance and certification testing
- Experience working in product testing labs or client sites
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and documentation processes
