Process Control Engineer

Process HVAC Solutions, LLC is a systems automation provider for HVAC and mechanical systems in mission-critical environments. We specialize in high-tier data centers and biotech/pharmaceutical facilities. Based in Lawrence, PA, PHS is looking for a well-qualified person to join a growing company as a Process Control Engineer.

Job Summary:

The Process Control Engineer works in the Process Control Engineering group y are responsible for leveraging their process control and data integration knowledge across multiple control platforms to deliver complete automation solutions to customers. As a team member, you will work on process automation projects for both existing and new customers.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess a college degree (B.S. in an engineering discipline preferred).
• Must have 2+ years of experience in programming SCADA, DCS, or PLCs using function blocks, ladder logic, SFCs, etc.
• Ability to work well and participate in a team environment.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
• Strong technical aptitude with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel – 25-40% out-of-town work.
• Ability to read and interpret P&.
• Willing to apply for government security clearance up to Secret level.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proficiency in programming Allen-Bradley Control Logix, AVEVA System Platform, Ignition, or similar SCADA/DCS systems.
• 5+ years of experience in process control, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with Ethernet, Modbus, BACnet, and OPC protocols.
