The opportunity
Join Hitachi Energy as a Service Sales Proposal Engineer and be at the forefront of developing technical and commercial proposals for service contracts, projects, and emergency services related to electrical equipment in power substations. How You’ll Make An Impact
Develop technical and commercial proposals for service contracts and projects.Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.Support the sales team in securing contracts.Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure seamless communication.Prepare detailed and accurate documentation for proposals.Conduct site visits and assessments as needed.Provide technical support during the proposal and negotiation phases.Ensure proposals meet client specifications and industry standards.Your background
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Additional certifications in sales or project management are advantageous.3+ years of experience in service sales, proposals, or related roles within the power, energy, or electrical equipment sector.Familiarity with power substation equipment, such as transformers, circuit breakers, and control systems.Technical understanding of electrical systems and maintenance practices.Proficiency in software tools such as MS Office, ERP systems, and CRM platforms.More About Us
