Description:

The Electrical Technical Engineer must have 5+ years of experience. This role is the next level up from the Technical Support Specialist position, providing advanced technical support for power electronics systems.

It requires deeper engineering expertise and a solid foundation in electrical engineering principles to address complex issues and provide higher-level solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as a technical escalation point for complex UPS, inverter, and power electronics issues.

* Analyze and troubleshoot advanced equipment problems, both remotely and on-site.

* Support product testing, upgrades, and engineering change processes.

* Collaborate with R&D and field engineering teams to improve product performance and reliability.

* Provide technical training and guidance to Level 1 Support Specialists.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) - mandatory.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Must Have)

Minimum 5+ years of experience
