Civil Engineer - Entry Level

This position is full-time in person. No prior work experience required.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of or be willing to learn:

* Tasks in other practice areas within the company and collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams

* Strong attention to detail and organization skills

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

* Good communication and teamwork skills

* Water resources engineering and stormwater management design

* Site layout and regulatory analysis including zoning and ordinance review

* Grading design and earthwork analysis

* Construction administration, site visits, and construction observation

* Sustainable design practices and low impact development (LID) strategies

* Technical writing including reports, letters, and permit applications

* Utility and infrastructure design including water, sanitary, and storm systems

* Use of Civil 3D for design, grading, and plan production

* Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to project sites

* Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and grow within the company

This opportunity requires:

Education

* Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and/or related field

License/Certification

* Engineer-In-Training and/or a desire to obtain certification
