- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, or a related engineering environment
- Hands-on experience with utilities systems including cogeneration plants (turbines and generators), heat recovery steam generators (boilers), water and wastewater treatment systems, HVAC, compressed air systems, natural gas systems, and steam distribution networks
- Working knowledge of SAP for maintenance or operational processes
- Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and AC motors, particularly Allen-Bradley Power Flex systems
- Strong experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), especially Allen-Bradley Control Logix (RSLogix 5000)
- Proficiency with Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), particularly Panel View and Factory Talk; familiarity with virtual workstation environments is a plus
- Knowledge of burner management and gas safety systems
- Understanding of Operational Technology (OT) networks, including Ethernet- and Modbus-based communication systems
- Strong foundation in electrical construction, maintenance practices, and safety standards including NEC and NFPA 70E
- Experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS), particularly Rockwell Automation Factory Talk View
- Knowledge of instrumentation field devices such as pressure, flow, level, and temperature transmitters and switches
- Experience with low-voltage systems (≤600V), including Motor Control Centers (MCCs) and panel boards (strongly preferred)
- Exposure to medium-voltage systems (2.3kV MCCs) is a plus
- High-voltage power distribution experience (13.2kV–69kV), including transformers, switch gear, oil circuit breakers, and high-voltage switching equipment, is an added advantage
