We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the development, optimization, and validation of manufacturing processes for medical device products. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams to improve production efficiency, ensure product quality, and maintain compliance with FDA and ISO 13485 requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and work instructions.
- Support process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Quality, R&D, and Operations teams to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze manufacturing data and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, or related field).
- 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in the medical device industry.
- Experience with process validation, GMP, FDA regulations, and ISO 13485.
- Strong problem‑solving and continuous improvement skills.
