PEMB DESIGN ENGINEER

Are you a hands-on PEMB Design Engineer looking for a small team where your contributions make a real impact? We're partnering with an in-demand Engineering Firm in Pennsylvania that is looking to add an experienced designer to their close-knit engineering team.

What You'll Do:

• Use MBS to design metal building systems for a variety of fabricators
• Support pre-engineered and custom projects from concept through production
• Work closely with the engineering lead and detailing team to develop smart, efficient building solutions
• Handle revisions, address field challenges, and collaborate with clients and internal partners
• Manage your time and workload independently, while still contributing to the team's success

Who We're Looking For:

• Early to mid-career experience in PEMB design (2 years minimum)
• Proficiency with MBS (or strong experience in another proprietary PEMB system)
• Field experience or strong understanding of how buildings go together is highly valued
• Solution-driven mindset: someone who can figure things out and work autonomously
• Candidates must be located in the Pittsburgh area or willing to relocate; hybrid schedule possible for local hires
