Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field EIT certification preferred 2+ years of relevant civil engineering experience (industrial or construction environment a plus) Strong knowledge of site development, structural design, and construction practices Proficiency in AutoCAD and related engineering software Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills Experience with building information modeling (BIM) software Familiarity with structural analysis and simulation tools Knowledge of local building codes and regulatory requirements Certification in structural analysis or related field
Preferred Education and Experience Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field 5+ years of relevant civil engineering experience Experience with large-scale industrial projects or complex structural systems
Other Requirements Ability to travel for project site visits and meetings (approximately 20% of the time) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
