Professional Land Surveyor
Opening with a client for a Professional Land Surveyor with strong field and office experience. In this role, you'll support a variety of land development and infrastructure projects across Pennsylvania and Ohio. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in the field and collaborating with a knowledgeable, motivated team.
Requirements- Minimum of 5 years of professional surveying experience
- SIT certification required; PLS license preferred
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain PA and/or OH licensure
- Proficiency using Topcon GPS and total stations
- Construction Stakeout
- As-built Surveys
- Utility Line Route Surveys
- Topographic, Property, and Boundary Surveys
- Experience performing a range of surveys, including:
- ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys
- Working knowledge of Carlson or AutoCAD Civil 3D software
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime and travel locally as needed
