Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, including Xrefs, dynamic blocks, and layer management (Intermediate level)
• Working knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows
• Strong understanding of concrete foundation design and reinforcement detailing
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to manage multiple project deadlines efficiently

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Familiarity with general construction codes and zoning regulations
• Experience with architectural or structural engineering projects

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• An associate's or bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field
• Up to 3 years of practical experience in a similar environment, particularly in PEMB and foundation design

Other Requirements:

• Office-based with occasional site visits and fieldwork
• Committed to maintaining organized, standards-compliant CAD files and drawings
• Valid driver's license for site visits is a plus
