Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, including Xrefs, dynamic blocks, and layer management (Intermediate level)
- Working knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows
- Strong understanding of concrete foundation design and reinforcement detailing
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple project deadlines efficiently
Nice to Have
Skills:
- Familiarity with general construction codes and zoning regulations
- Experience with architectural or structural engineering projects
Preferred
Education and Experience:
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field
- Up to 3 years of practical experience in a similar environment, particularly in PEMB and foundation design
Other Requirements:
- Office-based with occasional site visits and fieldwork
- Committed to maintaining organized, standards-compliant CAD files and drawings
- Valid driver's license for site visits is a plus
