Required Skills:
- Proven experience in electronic circuit design, including analog and digital circuits
- Expertise in embedded software development and troubleshooting down to the component level
- Strong proficiency with 3-D design tools such as Solid Works
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, Ethernet, and TCP/IP protocols
- Ability to develop test fixtures, test procedures, and conduct failure analysis
- Excellent technical writing, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience in schematic capture, electrical design, and prototyping methods
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and electro-mechanical systems
Nice to Have
Skills:
- Knowledge of finite element analysis techniques
- Experience with LabVIEW design and project management
- Ability to specify engineering design tools and negotiate with suppliers
- Prior experience leading multidisciplinary teams and technical reviews
Preferred
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Master's degree highly desirable
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in electronic circuit design
- Prior hands-on experience with embedded system design and failure analysis
