** In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:*
* + Lead, coach, and support a team of project management professionals to deliver high-quality project outcomes focused on new generation and datacenter projects.

+ Oversee a portfolio of projects to ensure alignment with financial, schedule, and performance targets.

+ Develop, maintain, and optimize project plans, including resource planning and staffing strategies.

+ Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and external partners, to ensure successful execution.

+ Identify risks and opportunities, analyze project challenges, and implement effective solutions.

+ Partner with sales and business development teams to support proposals and project pursuits.

+ Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers while ensuring a high level of satisfaction and delivery excellence.

+ Provide regular forecasts and insights related to sales, resource utilization, and performance metrics.

+ Contribute to the development of new solutions, services, and continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Promote best practices to enhance project management processes and organizational efficiency.

** For This Role, You Will Need:*
* + BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

+ Minimum 10 years of related experience in project execution or engineering environment

+ Demonstrated ability to guide teams and strategies successfully in manufacturing or engineering organizations

+ Strong understanding of project management and engineering principles

+ Ability to travel up to 30%

+ Legal authorization to work in the United State - sponsorship will not be provided for this position, now or in the future

** Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:*
* + Project management certification (PMP®, PgMP®, or similar certification) or equivalent hands-on application of formal project management methodologies

+

Experience with industrial automation, integrated hardware/software systems, or engineered solutions

+ Familiarity with Emerson Ovation systems or other Distributed Control System (DCS)/Programable Logic Controller (PLC) platforms

+ Exposure to structured project management methodologies (PMI-based, Agile, or hybrid) in customer-facing environments

+ Experience in power generation, datacenters, or other critical infrastructure environments
