Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in electrical engineering
• Strong CAD skills, specifically with Solid Edge or comparable 3D systems
• Familiarity with NFPA 70 (National Electric Code) and international standards such as IEC
• Experience with power distribution, control systems, and network communications
• Knowledge of industrial controls networks (Ethernet/IP, Control Net, Device Net) is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have

Skills:

• 4+ years of industry experience
• AutoCAD or other 2D drafting package experience
• Exposure to agency compliance codes like UL, CE
• Ability to troubleshoot during prototype assembly and testing
• Knowledge of RF power supplies and integration

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience; 4+ preferred
