Sr. Mechanical Engineer

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant engineering experience demonstrating technical mastery
- Proficiency in mechanical and HVAC equipment and piping design
- Strong knowledge of ASME piping and pressure vessel codes, industry standards (ASTM, ASHRAE, ACGIH)
- Experience with pipe stress analysis, including Caesar II software
- Ability to perform and review hydronic, heat, and mass balance calculations, as well as duct and load sizing
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license, passport, and major credit card for travel required
Nice to Have
Skills:
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification, or working toward it
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary projects, including budget and schedule adherence
- Familiarity with technical specifications, reports, and lead engineering roles
- Field experience including plant construction, system walkdowns, or troubleshooting
Preferred
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or higher
- Over 15 years of specialized engineering experience in mechanical/piping design, preferably in Biogas or Process Industries
- Demonstrated leadership in project management and team development
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as needed for field assignments and project support
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in systems like Caesar II and related engineering tools
