Required Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• 7+ years of engineering experience
• Proven ability to manage and lead project teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Technical expertise in infrastructure planning, design, asset management, or program management
• Familiarity with EPA and state DEQ standards
• Licensed Professional Engineer is a plus

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Additional experience with municipal utility projects

Education and Experience:
