Senior Civil 3D Designer – Land Development
We’re seeking a Senior Civil 3D Designer to lead the development of precise, permit-ready land development designs. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse projects while contributing to a high-performing technical team.

Key responsibilities for this role will include (but are not limited to):- Lead production of land development plans from concept to construction
- Prepare site layouts, utilities, road profiles, and construction drawings
- Produce stormwater and erosion control plans for permitting
- Perform earthwork calculations and cut/fill analysis
- Support permitting with technical drawings and exhibits
- Coordinate with project managers, surveyors, and internal teams
- Conduct quality checks, incorporate redlines, and maintain CAD standards
- Participate in project meetings and occasional site visits
- Associate degree or technical training in CAD or related field
- 10+ years of civil CAD design experience (land development focus)
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong experience with grading, utilities, and construction documents
- Knowledge of permitting requirements and design workflows
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
- Experience in a consulting environment preferred
