Senior Mbse Systems Engineer
We are seeking a senior MBSE Systems Engineer to lead system architecture and modeling efforts for complex programs. This role will drive model development, requirements traceability, and systems engineering best practices while collaborating across multiple engineering disciplines.
Required Qualifications- Bachelors Degree and 5+ years of experience with the Basic Qualifications (an Advanced Degree in Computer Science may be substituted for 2 years of experience)
- Experience using MBSE tools such as Cameo or Rhapsody
- Experience creating and decomposing:
- Activity Diagrams
- Sequence Diagrams
- State Machine Diagrams
- Block Definition Diagrams
- Internal Block Diagrams
- Package Diagrams
- Experience with requirements management and traceability using DOORS or Jama
- Familiarity with Verification and Validation (V&V) processes
- Experience developing Use Cases and CONOPS
- Experience leading requirements elicitation activities
- Experience presenting MBSE models to technical stakeholders and engineering teams
- Experience defining and maintaining data models
