Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How you'll make an impact- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Design and optimize production layouts, workflows, and material handling systems
- Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation
- Conduct time, motion, and capacity studies to improve resource utilization
- Partner with cross-functional teams to introduce new products and processes
- Apply lean tools like 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping for continuous improvement
- Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and waste reduction
- Support root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or related engineering field
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods
- Experience with process mapping, time studies, and facility layout design
- Proficiency with CAD tools such as AutoCAD or Solid Works
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
