• Plan, manage, and coordinate resources (people and tools) to deploy new manufacturing methods and achieve cost and output targets.
• Maintain accurate manufacturing equipment capacity planning aligned with demand, and ensure readiness for growth investment.
• Implement engineering changes, process improvements, and CAPEX expansion, overseeing all CAPEX projects and spend for plant improvement.
• Build team structure, secure correct resources, and ensure timely training and development of all department members.
• Engage in the manufacturing prototype gate to ensure design for manufacturability and progress from prototype to production release.
• Ensure processes yield capable manufacturing outcomes at right time and cost, and that SIOP equipment and people capacity models align with current or expected outcomes.
• Develop industrial engineering capabilities to drive realistic, balanced cycle times and provide a framework guiding equipment expansion requirements.
• Lead change management, defining milestones, aligning resources, completing validations, and engaging all stakeholders across design, process, tooling, supplier, and other areas affecting manufacturing outcomes.
• Create standardized process documentation (control plans, work instructions, standard work) and foster a culture of continuous improvement actions on plant processes.
• Prioritize resources based on impact to business, business case, and continuous improvement framework, using metrics and KPIs to quantify results and identify corrective actions.
• Facilitate technical problem solving by identifying potential problems early and determining appropriate actions to resolve them, tracking issues to identify trends, and eliminating root causes cost‑effectively.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles (5S, VSM, SMED, takt time, line balancing).

• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience required.
• Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma experience required.
