Required skills:
Bachelor's degree in structural or civil engineering 10+ years of engineering analysis and design experience, particularly in industrial markets such as refineries, chemicals, power, or manufacturing Experience with steel and concrete structures design Proficiency in engineering software and tools, with a solid understanding of design codes such as AISC, ACI, ASCE, IBC, and OSHA Strong project management capabilities and leadership skills Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Nice to have skills: EIT certification or PE license Active membership in professional organizations and participation in technical seminars Experience in bid evaluation, technical specifications, and vendor reviews Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior engineers
Preferred education and experience:
Bachelor of Science in structural or civil engineering (required) Over 10 years of relevant industry experience, especially in industrial settings and complex project management Other requirements:
Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites or client locations Ability to operate in dynamic environments with a focus on safety and quality
