Calgon Carbon Corporation seeks an Environmental Professional III to support our manufacturing operations in Moon Township, PA. In this role, you will lead environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives across air, water, and waste programs. Responsibilities include managing permits and regulatory reporting, conducting audits and risk assessments, analyzing environmental data, and driving process improvements that reduce emissions and waste. You will collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and EHS teams, provide technical guidance and training, and interface with regulators.

Responsibilities
- Lead environmental compliance activities for manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations
- Develop, implement, and maintain environmental management systems, procedures, and documentation
- Prepare regulatory reports, permits, and submissions for air, water, and waste programs
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments; drive corrective and preventive action plans
- Analyze environmental monitoring data and recommend process improvements to reduce emissions and waste
- Support sustainability initiatives focused on resource efficiency, pollution prevention, and circular use of materials
- Provide technical guidance and training to operations, engineering, and EHS teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new projects, equipment changes, and product introductions to ensure compliance
- Serve as point of contact for regulators, consultants, and external stakeholders during inspections and reviews
- Contribute to incident investigations and root-cause analysis related to environmental performance
