SpaceX is seeking an Operations Engineer to standardize Starbase infrastructure—site power, HVAC, facilities, and utilities—across shops. You will write WOs, PMs, and closeouts that align with SpaceX standards, and ensure consistent work execution on a live site.
You will select the optimal fix (software/AI, tooling, or process changes) and drive the implementation from planning to turnover, partnering with technicians, engineers, and leadership in a 24/7 environment.
