Surveyor – Civil​/Construction

Position: Surveyor – Civil / Construction
Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking an experienced Surveyor for a direct hire, onsite opportunity. This position combines field surveying with office-based survey calculations, documentation, and plan preparation. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience with boundary, topographic, and construction surveying. Civil Engineers with strong field experience and an interest in surveying are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities Perform boundary, topographic, and construction surveys Provide construction stakeout and field layout services Perform field data collection and process survey information Prepare calculations, cut sheets, and supporting survey documentation Research land titles, deeds, plats, and previous survey records Conduct job site visits and field inspections Assist with preparation and review of survey drawings and site information Work with project teams to ensure accurate field layout and survey data Qualifications 3+ years of boundary, topographic, construction, or related surveying experience

Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D Familiarity with GIS software and field data collection systems Experience using Total Stations and GPS/GNSS equipment Exposure to 3D scanners or similar survey technology preferred Ability to perform survey calculations and interpret plans, deeds, and property records Comfortable working both in the field and in an office environment Civil Engineering background with relevant field experience will also be considered Surveyor – Civil / Construction - 26-00737 #MON
