Assign, direct, and supervise Guest Services staff during events;
Greet and assist guests and respond to inquiries and complaints;
Lead and train guest services staff to perform duties including ticket scanning, ushering, lost and found, and guest directions;
Ensure all guest services team members are well-informed on event details;
Oversee productivity and work assignments and communicate challenges to management before shift end
