Job Duties

• Greets valued guests in a courteous manner, developing a recognition for these players and extending a positive image to these guests.
• Host obtains photo identification and player cards for complimentary requests.
• Records all guests entering lounges on daily tally Sheet.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Responsible for approving access to VIP benefits and lounges.
• Promotes superior guest service.
• Has the ability to extend complementary services in accordance with the approved comp matrix.

• High school diploma required.
• One year of high volume casino experience required.
• Must be able to stand during entire shift with frequent reaching, bending and stooping.
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
