Join our dynamic tax team as a Partnership Taxation Manager leading complex partnership tax compliance and consulting. Focus on partnership structuring, Subchapter K taxation, and IRC 704(b) capital account management. Hybrid role: 3 days onsite in Philadelphia, PA 19103 (2 days remote). Ideal for Big 4/Top 10 alumni with stable progression.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead reviews of complex partnership tax returns and IRC 704(b) capital accounts
- Provide Subchapter K tax consulting, research, and IRS response expertise
- Manage multiple client engagements, budgets, and teams
- Mentor staff, drive business development, and build client relationships
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and non-corporate entity taxation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting +
Active CPA license - 6+ years progressive tax experience (current/recent Top 10 firm
) - Partnership structuring and Subchapter K expertise
Entity formation/M&A experience, staff mentoring, biz dev success.
