We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate Client Reporting/ Performance - II to join our team. This role is located Pittsburgh PA.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

* Monitor and report on client portfolio performance.

* Maintain online tools and reporting platforms utilized by clients.

* Respond to client inquiries regarding investment products, portfolio management, risk, and asset allocation.

* Develop research analyses to understand industry trends and provide insights.

* Provide analysis and develop reports related to account activities, performance, and investment practices.

* Serve as a first-level escalation point for client inquiries.

* Continuously develop knowledge of various product offerings to address client concerns effectively.

* Train clients on report production and platform usage.

* Interpret and suggest program or service improvements to enhance client experience.

* Research market and industry trends to identify opportunities for product and revenue growth.

* Provide guidance to less experienced Client Reporting and Performance staff as needed.

* Contribute to the achievement of team goals.

* May have people management responsibilities in some geographies.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

* Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

* 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.

* Experience in trading or brokerage preferred.

* People leadership experience where applicable.
