- Build and lead a team of capital markets professionals to drive revenue growth and ensure strong execution
- Oversee lease syndication and secondary market distribution while aligning with risk and regulatory standards
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to inform business strategy
- Represent the employer at industry conferences and investor meetings
- Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in capital markets, equipment leasing, or structured finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of leading and scaling a leasing syndication or structured finance platform
- Strong institutional investor relationships and expertise in deal execution
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong skills in credit, portfolio risk analysis, pricing, and documentation negotiation supporting credit underwriting
- Good understanding of standard equipment leasing products
