Role Overview

You will serve as the senior financial advisor to account leadership, ensuring strong performance management, financial transparency, and disciplined stewardship. Role Summary

As the Director, Client Finance, you will lead day‑to‑day financial operations and financial governance for a major client account. You will guide financial decision‑making, strengthen performance routines, and ensure a seamless financial experience for both Sodexo and the client. You will also lead a small team of finance professionals and collaborate closely with operational and regional leaders.

By leveraging predictive analytics and digital tools, you will elevate forecasting accuracy, identify emerging risks and opportunities earlier, and translate leading indicators into clear, actionable insights for operations and client stakeholders. You will help modernize reporting and performance management through automated dashboards, driver‑based models, and data visualization, enabling faster decision‑making and greater transparency across the account.

• Lead financial strategy, forecasting, reporting, and performance management for a multi‑region client account
• Serve as the primary finance partner to account leadership and senior client stakeholders
• Deliver clear financial insights, variance explanations, and decision‑support recommendations
• Oversee monthly close, annual planning, billing accuracy, and financial controls
• Prepare client‑ready materials for governance routines (QBRs, forecasts, performance reviews)
• Resolve financial issues (billing, pricing, pass‑throughs, change orders) with clarity and professionalism
• Lead and develop a small team of finance professionals
• Strengthen processes, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with contract and internal standards
