We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Corporate Actions
-to join our Corporate Actions team. This role location in Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
* Serve as a team supervisor/manager for the day-to-day operations of a medium to large-sized corporate actions team.
* Manage the day-to-day activities and initiatives of the team and align team resources accordingly to complete daily tasks.
* Serve as first line supervisor for assignment of tasks and resolution of issues, supporting and completing client inquiries and requests.
* Resolve complex, escalated issues from subordinate staff, direct, motivate and develop staff to maximize their individual contribution and professional growth.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
* Associate's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience is required;
Bachelor's degree preferred.
* 7 plus years of technical and/or management experience preferred.
* Experience in the securities or financial services industry is preferred.
* Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
