Financial Analyst Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions

• The Financial Analyst will analyze trends, variances, and key performance indicators

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes

• Prepare dashboards and reporting packages for leadership

• The Financial Analyst will collaborate with accounting to ensure accuracy of financial reporting

• The Financial Analyst will provide ad hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives

Qualifications of the Financial Analyst Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 2–5+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills

• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting

• Ability to communicate insights to non-finance stakeholders
